Ace Combat 8 Preorder Bonuses — F-14A & Ace Combat Zero
Preorder any edition before October 2, 2026 and Bandai includes the playable F-14A plus a modern Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War port (internet required to access). Early access is separate and only on Deluxe/Joker packs.

What the Ace Combat 8 preorder bonus includes
Two digital rewards dominate Ace Combat 8 preorder bonuses coverage:
- Playable F-14A aircraft unlock for Wings of Theve
- ACE COMBAT ZERO: THE BELKAN WAR — ported 2006 classic that runs on PS5, Xbox Series, and PC
Official FAQ framing: Zero is a ported version for modern platforms — not a full remaster remake. An internet connection is required to redeem/access the bonus content.
Does every edition get the bonus?
Bandai states that if you preorder before October 2, editions including Standard and Deluxe receive F-14A + Zero. Deluxe/Joker still uniquely add early access and Pass/cosmetics.
Why Ace Combat Zero matters
Zero is a landmark Ace Style / Belkan War story entry many players could not easily run on current hardware. Bundling it with Wings of Theve is a major franchise hook — especially for veterans returning from Ace Combat 7.
How to claim without missing it
- Preorder on the platform you will play (PS Store, Xbox, Steam, or Bandai store SKUs).
- Keep the same account for redemption.
- After unlock, check Add-ons / DLC library for Zero and aircraft entitlements.
- Do not assume retail disc-only purchases without preorder marking include the digital bonuses — read the retailer listing.
Preorder bonus vs Deluxe extras
Do not confuse preorder bonuses with Deluxe early access. You can preorder Standard for Zero + F-14A and still skip Deluxe if you do not need EA.
Ace Combat Zero on Steam — status
Steam currently delivers Zero through Ace Combat 8. On Oct 2 Bandai said they are evaluating a standalone Steam app instead — details TBD. Full FAQ: Ace Combat Zero.

Kei Nagase searches (classic series)
Kei Nagase is a beloved Ace Combat character from earlier games (especially Ace Combat 5: The Unsung War), not a Wings of Theve campaign pilot. Launch-week “kei nagase ace combat” spikes usually mean one of two things:
- You want classic Ace Combat: the AC8 preorder bonus includes Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War — a full classic campaign on console as a standalone app, or via the Steam AC8 DLC path (see above).
- You want AC8 cast: start with characters, Tasha, and Kate Evans.
